enrolled decree for the 2nd through 8th Chancery Circuits. Information generally includes the particulars of the case from
the complainant's or petitioner's and the defendant's points of view; the results of investigations conducted and testimony
taken by a Master of the court; the final determination of the case by the Vice Chancellor; and court costs.
