Scope and Content Note
This series consists of bound minute books compiled by the clerk of the Court of Appeals commencing after the court was reconstituted under the Judiciary Article of 1869. Daily business recorded includes name of chief judge presiding, motions submitted to or ruled upon by the court, calendar motions argued before the court, cases from the court calendar argued before the court, decisions and orders handed down, and individual numbers of cases on the calendar for the next upcoming court session.
