Scope and Content Note

The series consists of chronological log books which record decisions handed down by the Court of Appeals. Included is a list of cases and motions decided, with captions and entries, and the decision date. There is no log for the year 1900.

The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
