Scope and Content Note
The series consists of printed digests indexing opinions of three judges of the court of appeals. They are: Judge O'Brien - from Volume 119 to and including Volume 164 New York Reports; Judge Bartlett - from Volume 141 to and including Volume 164 New York Reports; and Chief Judge Alton B. Parker - from Volume 114 to and including Volume 164 New York Reports.
Alphabetical subject terms are followed by citations to pertinent cases or cross references to related terms. An alphabetical table of opinions by title appears at the end of each volume. All three digests were prepared by State Reporter Edwin A. Bedell and bear a 1901 copyright date.
