This series consists of a card file indexing part of Series J0061, Enrolled Decrees, In Re Papers, and Other Case Files, relating
to the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Circuits, Court of Chancery. Some cards, pertaining to divorce cases, cannot be attributed to a circuit.
Cards generally list defendant and a cross-reference to a file or case number. Some cards list plaintiff; type of action;
file date and names of solicitor/counselor. 5th Circuit cases pertain almost solely to naturalizations.
