Scope and Content Note
This volume contains accounts of court costs in circuit courts held in New York County and in other counties in eastern and southern New York. Each entry contains the name of the plaintiff's attorney, title of case, itemized court costs relating to trial or other proceeding in circuit court, and total costs assessed (computed in pounds, shillings, pence).
