This series consists of correspondence, meeting minutes, public hearing testimony, and drafts of interim and final reports
generated by the Joint Legislative Committee on Legislative Methods, Practices, Procedures, and Expenditures in its study
of the state legislative process. Areas studied included the quantity of bills introduced each session, assignment of bills
to inappropriate committees, late filing of bills, difficulties with handling local government bills, and the possibility
of dividing the legislative year into split sessions.
