Scope and Content Note
Before being voted upon by delegates, amendments were required to have a Third Reading before the Convention. This volume was used to track all amendments ordered to a third reading. The volume contains the following information for each of the 36 amendments ordered to a Third Reading: date ordered to a Third Reading; Third Reading number; introductory number; printer's number; introducer; dates sent to committee for revision, reported out of committee, and passed; and remarks (e.g., amendment was reported, recommitted, tabled).
