Scope and Content Note
The series consists of hearing testimony presented before several committees gathering evidence during the Convention.
Volumes include the date and time of testimony, speaker and affiliation, and verbatim transcripts of testimony. The committees represented in the records are: Bill of Rights, Cities, Civil Service, Governor and State Officers, Judiciary, Public Utilities, and Taxation.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
