Summary:
This series contains material from the Committee's investigation of the State's public utility companies. Most of the material
relates to rate structures used by the companies and to the policies and procedures for issuing securities to help finance
these utilities. The preliminary report summarizes the scope of Committee activity with recommendations for improvement. Also
included are copies of legislative resolutions and Committee Chairman John K. Dunnigan statement used in transmitting the
preliminary report.
