Summary:
This series consists of hearing testimony gathered by the Committee in its investigation of highway conditions throughout
the State. The testimony was given principally by county officials about the financing, construction, and maintenance of roads.
A large portion of the testimony deals with State-local cooperation in maintaining the roads system and with continuing problems
of finding qualified personnel to work on the roads.
