There are separate releases for bills approved and bills vetoed. Press releases for approved bills include chapter number,
Assembly or Senate bill number, person introducing bill, and a short title of the bill. Press releases for vetoed bills typically
but not always include the Governor's veto memorandum which indicates why the bill was disapproved.
