L0166-93: This accretion consists of records documenting the origin, development, progress, and intent of particular bills referred to the Assembly Committee on Codes. A significant amount of material in this accretion was referred to the Committee on Codes by the Committee on Racing and Wagering and deals with such issues as the regulation of raffles, pari-mutuel betting, bingo, and other gambling activities.
