Administrative History

The Assembly (Majority) Radio-Television and Photography Unit provides audio-visual services to members of the assembly majority. These services include production of audio and video messages by members to their constituents, taping of various legislative activities (e.g., bill signings, speeches), and shooting still photos of members and visiting constituents and assembly events. The unit also supplies some sound studio services to the governor's office on occasion. Created in 1983, the unit operates its own photodeveloping and printing laboratory and sound and video studios.
