Scope and Content Note
This series consists of selected Assembly bill drafts. The drafts include the bill number, a brief description of the bill, name of Assembly member who introduced it, and a copy of the bill. Drafts pertain to labor laws, workplace safety, penal law, public health law, tenement house law, and women's rights. Some proposed legislation also includes an allotment of money for culturally significant properties and/or preservation of historic resources.
