Scope and Content Note
This series consists of a daily record used to track the location of Westfield officers and inmates from 1960 to 1965. There is no indication if the log pertains specifically to either the Reformatory Division or the Prison Division. The volumes list the names of officers on duty at various stations and names of inmates received, discharged, transferred, or placed in special locations within the institution (e.g., segregation, hospital, kitchen, quarantine). Also included is a count of the inmate population for the day.
