This series consists of archival copies of the publicly accessible website of the New York State Commission on Higher Education, which examined long-term policy issues facing the State University of New York system, the City University of New York system, and the state's private colleges and universities.

B2067-08: This accretion consists of a copy of the Commission on Higher Education website produced on April 22, 2008, shortly after the resignation of Governor Eliot L. Spitzer (2007-2008). It contains a listing of commission members, testimony presented at public meetings (2007), a December 2007 preliminary report submitted to Governor Spitzer, and an executive summary of the report.

B2067-10: This accretion consists of a copy of the Commission on Higher Education website produced on December 23, 2010, shortly before Governor David A. Paterson (2008-2010) left office. Its content is identical to that of the April 22, 2008 copy; the commission's June 2008 final report is not included. The site was removed from the live Web shortly after this copy was created.
