By treatment unit.
Scope and Content Note
This series contains scattered attendance records for individual patients or students and summary statistical information for treatment units. Information for attendance rosters includes dates covered; names of units; patient names and case numbers; indications of the patients present or absent for each day; brief notes; and total numbers of students present per month. Census rosters give dates; treatment units; names of students present and transferred to and from wards; and total numbers of male and female students present or on leave.

This series was transferred under RDA 21723.
Access Restrictions
Restricted in accordance with Section 33.13, Mental Hygiene Law, relating to confidentiality of clinical records. Access permitted under certain conditions upon approval by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
