This series consists of case files for patients at Hudson River State Hospital. The files consist of the official forms and administrative data documenting the admission, legal status, assessments, treatment planning, treatment, and discharge of patients in Hudson River State Hospital. Records include admission, death, and discharge records; correspondence to patients; inter-agency correspondence; patient photographs; census statistics; and autopsy reports of patients in the hospital.
