Scope and Content Note
This series consists of microfilm copies of documents pertaining to the admission, legal status, assessment, treatment planning, treatment, and discharge of patients receiving care at Office of Mental Health psychiatric facilities. Facilities documented include Pilgrim Psychiatric Center, Central Islip Psychiatric Center, Kings Park Psychiatric Center, Edgewood State Hospital, St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, and Northeast Nassau Psychiatric Center.
