Administrative History
Annual financial reports of soil and water conservation districts are generated pursuant to Section 30 of the General Municipal Law, which requires every district to make an annual report of its financial condition to the state comptroller. Such reports were made by the treasurer of each district.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
