Scope and Content Note
The series consists primarily of materials relating to contracts with, and/or reports of, various consultants engaged by the Task Force on Equalizing Educational Opportunity to gather and analyze data on then-current and alternative school aid formulas. The series also includes a quantity of task force memoranda, correspondence, meeting files, and speeches.
The New York State Archives is part of the Office of Cultural Education, an office of the New York State Education Department.
