This series documents the State Energy Office's efforts to compile and adopt a "master plan for energy-related decisions throughout
the state." Included are testimony by environmental groups, utility companies, and state agencies; motions, briefs and exhibits;
background reports; draft and final opinions and orders; and correspondence related the 1979 and 1983 master plans. Also included
are State Energy Planning Board agendas; resolutions; notes; minutes and correspondence; hearing transcripts; environmental
