Summary:
The series consists of regular and special meeting files of the Public Authorities Control Board (PACB), which regulates financing,
bonding, property acquisition, and construction projects of major public authorities. Some of the records, including exhibits,
draft resolutions, and summaries outlining financial implications of projects, were apparently prepared by staff for PACB
members as background materials on pending applications. The records document the PACB's monitoring of projects undertaken
by public authorities, as well as its decision-making process.
