16187-92: This accretion consists of correspondence, shop drawings, specifications, change orders, construction logs, diaries, status reports, contract transmittals and information, and files on claims, delays, and damages related to several buildings constructed by the George A. Fuller Company as part of the Empire State Plaza (South Mall) project. The records also document Fuller's interaction with several major sub-contractors.
Specifically, the records pertain to the following buildings and/or facilities: Central Automated Control Facility (CACF); agency buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4; Legislative Office Building; Central Air Conditioning Plant and Transformer Vault; Swan Street Building; and Central Security System (CSS).
Associated contractors for which information in present in the accretion include: Carlin Atlas; Arc Electric Construction Co.; Tougher Heating & Plumbing; Depot Construction Corp.; Lamson Corp.; Harrison & Abramovitz; Honeywell; Syska & Hennessy; GAFCo.; J.N. Futia Co.; Meyerbank Electric; and Otis Elevator.
