as part of the Empire State Plaza (South Mall) project. Records pertain to the following buildings and/or facilities: Central
Automated Control Facility (CACF); agency buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4; Legislative Office Building; Central Air Conditioning
Plant and Transformer Vault; Swan Street Building; and Central Security System (CSS).
