Arrangement
Generally arranged by project specification number, composed of a main contract number and sub-section numbers and letters denoting specific areas of work. There are various internal organizations within each specification number, generally with main project files followed by change orders arranged by change order number. The change order identification numbers are composed of a project location letter code, area of work letter code, an optional descriptive letter code, and number in order of change; e.g. J-E-12.
