Scope and Content Note

This series contains correspondence, memoranda, weekly inspection reports, contract specifications, and engineering drawings and plans related to the South Mall project site. The records document the interaction of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Department of Public Works, and Office of General Services in acquiring land and property for the South Mall site, and in overseeing the demolition of buildings at the site.
