This series contains case files that document accident investigations conducted by the Public Transportation Safety Board. Records include correspondence, accident findings and reports, interviews, inspection reports, public hearing transcripts, and recommendations. Additionally, the case files contain information, including employment history, on public safety personnel involved in accidents investigated.
