Summary:
The Division of the Budget analyzes and reviews agency appropriations requests and coordinates state agency expenditures.
This series consists of records relating to major and minor construction, repair, or improvement projects at various state
facilities. Files may include correspondence, memoranda, reports, plans, agreements, copies of contracts, and contractors'
applications for payment. The records document the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and land acquisition involved
in the projects; destruction or sale of obsolete facilities; and sale of land.
