Summary:
The series consists of the files of the executive director of the Adirondack Park Agency, who is responsible for the agency's overall administration, including oversight of the Adirondack Park Private Land Use and Development Plan, the State Land Master Plan, and various mandates to protect the Park and enhance economic development for its residents. Since 1988 the executive director has also been fulfilling duties of the APA counsel's office.
