include data on position title; duties and salary; minimum qualifications for admittance to test; subject of examination,
and the relative weight of its components; general information and civil service rules (such as veterans credits, fees, notification
of results); and the dates on which the announcement was issued, the application period closed, and the examination was to
be held.
