Summary:
The Office of the Professions (OTP) is responsible for licensing, registration, discipline, and general oversight of thirty-eight
professions regulated by state education law. For each profession, board members are appointed by the State Board of Regents.
The boards meet regularly to consider pending issues and recommend actions to improve the practice and agency oversight of
their respective professions. For more recent meetings, boards generally maintain full meeting files (minutes, agendas, etc.).
Most boards have preserved only the actual minutes from earlier years.
