These logs contain data on thousands of oil, gas, and solution salt wells drilled since 1930. An oil or gas well log is a
detailed graphic/narrative record that progressively describes the geological strata and any oil, gas, or water that is encountered
during the drilling of a well. The logs provide details about the location of oil and gas resources in the state, and significant
data concerning the geological characteristics of the areas where the wells are located.
