Summary:
Each Empire Zone administrative board submits an annual report to the Department of Economic Development for the purpose of
monitoring Program achievements. These annual reports describe yearly activities especially in regard to the economic development
plan and its objectives. Reports include marketing strategies; detailed information on the tax and other benefits received;
the value of taxable real property within the Zone; and other financial and tax data relevant to the impact of the Zone on
the community.
