Scope and Content Note
This series consists of subject files generated during the tenure of John Bacheller (mid-1990's to 2007) that document the development of agency policy, including the preparation of an agency strategic plan for economic development in the state and other planning and business development activities. The files include speeches given to various economic development groups as well as correspondence with the then agency head, Charles Gargano, on agency responsibilities and activities. The files also contain information on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the economic impact of 9/11.
