This series consists of the edited manuscript/typescript of Dutch colonial records published by the New York State Library
as volumes 2-4 of the early Records of the City and County of Albany and Colony of Rensselaerswyck (History Bulletins 9-11).
These volumes were edited by A. J. F. Van Laer, Archivist with the State Library and later Division of Archives and History,
from translations prepared by Jonathan Pearson nearly fifty years previously.
