Scope and Content Note
The records in this series consist of both planning materials and documentation of the Constitutional Ball. Planning materials include seating financial balance sheets, arrangements, guest lists, programs, news releases, status reports, fact sheets, and correspondence. Documentation includes invitations, news clippings, and approximately 40 black and white photographs. While at one time the records included two large poster cards of signatures of guests and notable people in attendance, these cards appear to be missing.
