received, disbursed, and submitted to the Comptroller's Office for audit. Titles on the voucher bundles include "contingency
expenses", "statement of special accounts", "statement of moneys received and disbursed by the Clerk..." and "State of New
York Sundry Accounts". They include expenses for purposes such as cleaning costs, stationery supplies, engrossing, publishing
and binding expenses, and hardware.
