Summary:
This series contains mostly routine correspondence between the War Information Service and other agencies involved in war
work as part of the office's duty to coordinate information about home front programs. The correspondence discusses information
to be included in annual reports or information which the office was to disseminate in press releases. Some carbon-copy letters
exchanged between agencies, requests to federal agencies for various materials, and a small amount of material relating to
publicity strategy are also found.
