Summary:
This series consists of notes from staff meetings at Willard State Hospital. The notes document staff presentations and discussions
of cases of individual patients. Information includes date; staff in attendance and persons giving reports and summaries.
Patients discussed were sometimes at the meetings. Their statements and staff's observations of them are included. Reports
include case abstracts; patients' social, physical, and mental histories and diagnoses; treatment histories; and present symptoms.
Diagnoses and parole decisions are sometimes noted. Records are restricted.
