Summary:
This series consists of annual reports of the Board of Managers (later Board of Visitors) of the New York State Lunatic Asylum
(successor Utica State Hospital). Each annual report includes reports from the Board of Managers Treasurer and Superintendent.
The reports discuss conditions, progress, notable events or changes, fiscal status, statistics on patients by various factors
(age, occupation, nativity, etc.), descriptions of the facilities.
