Summary:
This series consists of copies of reports made by the directors of several mental health institutions to their respective
boards of visitors and forwarded to the Governor's office. Reports contain a variety of narrative and statistical information
including incident reports, institutional censuses, goals and objectives, and personnel status. Transmittal letters from the
directors to the governor are usually included. Names of patients appear throughout the series.
