This series contains documentation and record types including tax relief information; threat alerts; information about department employees who were killed or injured in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks; funeral and memorial service information; published articles; press releases; employee volunteer information; hotline staffing information; phone call statistics; records of phone calls regarding missing department employees; weekly reports regarding response to the attacks; accounts of survivors; condolence cards, letters, and emails; and World Trade Center database information.
