Administrative History
Annette R. Brown was an employee of the Office of Mental Health (OMH) from 1956-1980. She served as Director of Education at Rockland State Hospital from 1956-1968, and then as Associate Program Analyst at the central office of OMH from 1968-1980. Additionally, she worked on contract for OMH's Office of Statistical and Clinical Information Systems intermittently from 1981-1990, primarily on the development of the Survey of Patient Characteristics.
Published reports and guidelines for use of the Survey of Patient Characteristics are available at the New York State Library.
