Scope and Content Note
This series consists of minutes, memoranda, and calendars relating to meetings held by Willard Psychiatric Center (known earlier as Willard State Hospital) committees in the Psychiatric, Nursing, and Medical Departments. Psychiatric Department minutes and memoranda include the Drug Monitoring Committee and the Peer Review Committee, as well as drug usage evaluation calendars and surveys created by these committees. Nursing Department meetings and memoranda include the Utilization Review Committee, Medical Records Committee, Nursing Services and Quality Committees, and labor/management meetings. Medical Department records include the Utilization Review Committee and Medical Records Committee. Most records do not identify patients.
