Summary:
These records consist of materials used to generate final monthly reports of the Board of Visitors. They contain summaries
of work performed by functional units at Willard (primarily statistical analysis) and raw statistical data pertaining to patients
and staff. The board was responsible for reviewing incidents involving staff and/or patients to ensure that standards for
quality of service were being met.
