Access to records identifying parents involved in child support enforcement proceedings is restricted in accordance with Domestic Relations Law, Section 235 and Social Services Law, Section 111-v. Records not concerning identified or identifiable parents are made available as permitted by New York State Freedom of Information Law (FOIL).
