Series 20726 includes records originally transferred from the Public Authorities Control Board in 1991 and accessioned as Series 16146, Applications for board approval of project financing, and Series 16147, Minutes and resolutions. In May 2001, Archives staff combined records in these two series dating from 1998 onward to form Series 20726. Since that time, no additional records have been added to Series 16146 or 16147.
