The series consists of the minutes of monthly and special meetings held by the Board to review applications, including resolutions approving or disapproving projects. The Division of the Budget serves as secretariat for the Board. The records document its control and monitoring of projects undertaken by public authorities.
16147-97: This accretion consists of original resolutions and minutes of the board (January 1992-November 1994) as well as resolutions pertaining to the following agencies: Dormitory Authority 1976-1994); State of New York Mortgage Agency (1976-1995); Battery City Park Authority (1981-1985); Job Development Authority (1992-1994); Urban Development Corporation (1992-1995); Housing Finance Agency (1976-1989); and Medical Care Facilities Finance Agency (1993-1995).
